Thank you for visiting and shopping at USA Best Foods. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days in Manila & Luzon, 3-5 business days in Visayas & Mindanao. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Return & Exchange Policy
If found damaged, informed us within the day the item received (24 hours replacement period only), send us photo of the damage item via email: usabestfoods@gmail.com
You can ship back the items to us. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services to get a free shipping label.
If our products arrived damaged, rotten, or contaminated caused by the delivery, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
